What this site is
Sermon Insights publishes unofficial, AI-generated study summaries of publicly available sermon videos. Summaries are intended to help you review and remember a message. They are not a substitute for watching the full sermon, and they may contain errors or omissions.
We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the pastors, churches, ministries, or platforms featured. All sermon videos remain the property of their respective owners; we embed or link to official YouTube sources.
Permitted use
- Personal, non-commercial study and reflection
- Sharing links to our pages on social media or with friends
- Quoting brief excerpts with attribution and a link back to the summary page
Prohibited use
- Republishing full summaries or bulk-downloading content for competing products
- Scraping the site in ways that impair service for others
- Implying that pastors or churches endorse Sermon Insights or the Sermon Notes app
- Using the site for unlawful purposes
Email subscriptions
By subscribing, you confirm you want to receive our newsletter at the address you provide. You must give accurate information. We may suspend subscriptions that bounce repeatedly or appear fraudulent.
Intellectual property
Sermon video and audio content belongs to the original creators. Our summaries, page layout, branding, and original editorial text are owned by Milvi OÜ or its licensors. The “Sermon Notes” app is a separate product; see store listings for app terms.
Takedowns
Rights holders who believe a summary should not appear may request removal at removal@sermoninsights.com. We review good-faith requests promptly and may set a sermon’s status to removed without admitting fault.
Disclaimer of warranties
The site and all summaries are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Theological interpretation is your responsibility; consult your church leaders for pastoral guidance.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Milvi OÜ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site. Our total liability for any claim related to the site shall not exceed €100 or the amount you paid us in the past twelve months (typically zero, as the site is free).
Links to third parties
We link to YouTube, app stores, and other sites we do not control. Their terms and privacy policies apply when you leave our site.
Changes
We may modify these terms or discontinue the site. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Tallinn, Estonia have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country give you non-waivable rights.
